Provide various treatments to ensure client relaxation and well-being, maintaining a clean and safe environment while recommending appropriate products and services.
They are responsible for administering therapies like massages and facials, consulting with clients about their needs, and maintaining accurate client records.
Additionally, they may be tasked with resolving guest complaints, answering questions, sanitizing equipment, and completing other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing Spa Treatments:
Administering various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and other services.
Client Consultation and Care:
Assessing client needs, preferences, and any concerns to tailor treatments, ensuring comfort and well-being.
Hygiene and Safety:
Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and updated client records, including treatment notes and medical history.
Product Knowledge and Recommendations:
Having a thorough understanding of spa products and services, being able to advise clients effectively and promote retail products.
Collaboration:
Working collaboratively with other spa staff to provide a holistic wellness experience.
Professionalism:
Maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service.
